However, to receive your match(es) and fully benefit from our service, a subscription is required. The fee is €55 per month with a minimum commitment of three months, renewable. This model allows us to guarantee a serious, secure, add-free service with members genuinely committed.

A match is the result of a deep alignment between your answers and those of another member. It’s an invitation to an authentic meeting, not an automatic endorsement.

Your phone number is used to validate your profile and secure communication between members. Without it, your account will not be considered complete and you will not be able to access your matches. It is also one of two channels of contact between users, ensuring smooth and authentic communication.

You can always log in, edit your profile, pause your profile or unsubscribe later.

Once your commitment period is over, you will still be able to receive notifications announcing a match. On the other hand, you will no longer have the contact details of the persons concerned: in order to access these contacts, you will have to take a new subscription.

Unsubscribing permanently deletes your account and your access to the platform. Your profile disappears from the site and you are no longer part of the matching process.

De-registration does not cancel payments related to the current commitment period. If you have subscribed to a 3-month subscription and are in the 1st month, months 2 and 3 remain due and will be charged normally, even if your account is deleted.
