🌿 POSSIBLE DELAYS

Some delays may occur if : 

• a user temporarily puts their profile on hold
• a user has not yet checked their match notification (via email)
• several potential matches are identified and our team needs time to analyze them before selecting the most relevant one for you
• a user has modified their preferences or profile between the moment the match was proposed and its validation by our team. As a result, the compatibility may no longer be sufficient.
• your profile is incomplete or inaccurate = please make sure your personal information is correct. An incomplete or incorrectly filled profile may block or distort the matching process.

Once a match is validated, both users receive an email informing them that the first name and phone number of their match are available in their profile.
